The Hawaii Police Department’s Kona Community Policing Section, in partnership with the Kona Costco,  the Hawai‘i Food Basket, and KAPA Radio personality Tommy Ching, is pleased to announce the fourth annual Fill A Police Cruiser Food Drive slated for Friday, August 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Kona Costco warehouse parking lot.

Hawai‘i Police Department’s South Kohala Community Policing Section invites youth and their families to the department’s first-ever Youth Car Show on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Waikoloa Plaza Shopping Center, 68-1820 Waikoloa Road, Waikoloa.

Keiki can enjoy swimming, diving, and water polo at the Kawamoto Classic, Saturday, Sept. 27, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Charles "Sparky" Kawamoto Swim Stadium, 260 Kalanikoa Street, Hilo.
