Waimea Police Station Phone Line Not Operational

The Hawai‘i Police Department is notifying residents of a telephone outage affecting the Waimea Police Station phone line, (808) 887-3080. The department is working to remedy this issue. 

As normal practice, residents who need police assistance in the South Kohala District should call Police Dispatch at the non-emergency number of (808) 935-3311 or in cases of emergency, please call 911. 

Residents needing to speak to a specific South Kohala police officer regarding an existing investigation should call the non-emergency number. 

We apologize for this interruption and will notify the public when it is resolved.
