(Update) Police Locate Kona Runaway Vivianna Arsenault, Runs Away Again

Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Vivianna Arsenault of Kailua-Kona, who was reported as a runaway on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026. She is considered endangered due to a medical condition.
Arsenault was previously reported as a runaway in late December (report number 25-117743). At that time, she was incorrectly identified as 15 years old. Arsenault was located on Saturday, Jan. 10, in Kona in good health. She ran away again the following day, Sunday, Jan. 11, and was last seen around 6:20 p.m., in the 73-4200 block of Hulikoa Street in Kailua-Kona wearing a one-piece black romper with blue denim jeans.
She is described as having a thin build and a light complexion, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 105 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. Arsenault also has a center piercing to her lower lip with a ball end.
