Police Seeking Runaway Tristahlynn Napoleon

15-year old runaway Tristahlynn Napoleon.

Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 15-year-old Tristahlynn Napoleon, who was reported as a runaway.

She was last seen Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in the 23-0000 block of Opalipali Street, in Hilo. Napoleon is described as having tan skin, 5 feet tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and blonde highlights, and brown eyes.

Police ask that anyone with information on Napoleon’s whereabouts please call the non-emergency dispatch line at (808)-935-3311.
