Police Seeking Runaway Ryan Carvahlo

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Ryan Carvahlo, who is reported as a runaway.

Ryan was last seen in the 1700 block of Leilehua Street in Hilo on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

He is described as an Asian male with a fair complexion, about 5-feet 5-inches tall, 150 pounds, with straight black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing black long sleeve shirt, Beige surf shorts, and black crocs.
