Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Laclyn Urbano-Pepee of Kea‘au, who was reported as a runaway.

Urbano-Pepee was last seen in the 700 block of Kilauea Avenue in Hilo, on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. wearing a black one-piece jumpsuit, black sweater, and brown boots.

She is described as local with a fair complexion, 5 feet and 5 inches tall, 190 pounds, with shoulder-length dark brown hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Laclyn Urbano-Pepee’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
