Police Seeking Runaway Kelii Nobriga

16-year-old runaway Kelii Nobriga

Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 16-year-old Kelii Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway.

Nobriga was last seen on 1700 block of Kino’ole Street in Hilo wearing black and tan colored clothing.

He is described as Hawaiian / Filipino with a light complexion and thin build, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
