Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Eva Napoleon, who was reported as a runaway. She is considered endangered due to her age.

Napoleon was last seen at the 2500 block of Ainaola Drive in Hilo on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

She is described as Hawaiian with a medium complexion, 4 feet 8 inches tall, 120 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information on Napoleon’s whereabouts to please contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
