Police Seeking Puna Runaway Kelii Nobriga

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Kelii Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway. 

Nobriga was last seen on Kea’au Bypass Road on Friday, Oct. 03, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., wearing a black windbreaker-type jacket and gray sweatpants.

He is described as Hawaiian / Filipino with a light complexion and thin build, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
