Police Seeking Missing Volcano Man William Moxley

43-year-old William Moxley who was reported missing.

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 43-year-old William Moxley.

Moxley was last seen on Kaleponi Road in the Fern Forest subdivision in Volcano on Thursday Sept. 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. He is described as having a fair complexion, 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Moxley’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
