Police Seeking Missing and Endangered Person William Roscoe

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 65-year-old William Roscoe, who was reported missing. He is considered endangered and may be in need of medical assistance.

Roscoe was last seen in the area of the 100-block of Amau Road in Hilo on Saturday morning, November 29, 2025. He is described as a Caucasian male, with a light complexion, 6 feet and 1 inch tall, 180 pounds, thin build, unshaven, with short thin gray hair and toothless.

Roscoe was last seen wearing a dark colored long sleeve shirt/sweater, blue jeans, a brown leather belt, and carrying a green reusable shopping bag.
