Police Seeking Missing and Endangered Man Michael Joyce

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 69-year-old Michael Joyce of Hilo, who was reported missing. He is considered endangered due to his age and required medication. 

Joyce was last seen in the 100 block of West Kāwili Street in Hilo on May 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

He is described as Caucasian with a light brown complexion, 5 feet and 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short brown and gray hair and hazel eyes  He has an unknown tattoo on his right forearm.
