Police Seek Two Ocean View Residents Wanted on Outstanding Warrants

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating two Ocean View residents wanted for outstanding bench warrants issued in September by the Big Island Drug Court. The pair, 41-year old Robert Teinauri-Carman and 34-year old Kira Lazar, are believed to be in the company of each other in the Ocean View area.

Teinauri-Carman, who also goes by “Tamatoa”, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has extensive tattoos on his chest, arms, and back.

Lazar is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Lazar has tattoos on both her arms. 

The Hawai‘i Police Department would like to remind the public that harboring or concealing a wanted person can result in criminal charges being filed against the person who harbors or concealed the wanted person.

Citizens who wish to remain anonymous can make an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300 and be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.  Crime Stoppers does not record any calls or subscribe to caller ID.
