Police Seek Missing and Endangered Kona Man Angelo Buswell

Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 45-year-old Angelo Buswell of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing. He is considered endangered as he may be in need of medication.
Buswell was last seen on Jan. 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., on the 76-6100 block of Pakalana Road in Kailua-Kona wearing a baseball cap with an Eagles insignia, an Eagles jersey, and blue and black board shorts.
He is described as Hispanic with a medium build and a tan complexion, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 185 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Buswell has numerous tattoos, including a tattoo on his right forearm that reads “Hailey” and a tribal design around his right upper arm.
