Police Seek Captain Cook Runaway Priscilla Binney

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Priscilla Binney, who was reported as a runaway. 

Binney was last seen in the 82-1000 block of Kalamalani Place in Captain Cook on Monday, Sept. 1, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. She was wearing an orange puffy jacket, black pants, and brown slip-on shoes.

She is described as Hawaiian, with a small build, about 5 feet and 3 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Binney’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
