Police Renew Request for Missing Man Rick Andrade

Hawai’i Island police are renewing their request for information from the public about 37-year-old Rick Andrade of Kurtistown, who was reported missing in February.

It was initially reported to police that Andrade was last seen in the area of Volcano Road and Enos Road in Kurtistown on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, however police detectives have since learned that he was seen later that evening around 8:30 p.m. in the area of 40th Avenue and Pohaku Drive. 

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 189 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Andrade is reported to have the following tattoos; a ti-leaf lei band on his right bicep, the name “Andrade” in large lettering on his upper back, and lettering on his right shin.
