Police Arrest and Charge Honomu Man Following Domestic Incident in Hilo

Hawai‘i Island police have arrested and charged 21-year-old Ayzen Enos of Honomu with multiple offenses following an incident Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, at a residence in the 100 block of Mohouli Street in Hilo.

South Hilo patrol officers responded to the residence after it was reported that Enos had arrived and become verbally confrontational with two individuals inside the residence.

While outside, Enos allegedly threw numerous rocks at the residence, breaking multiple windows and causing extensive interior and exterior property damage. Two female victims took cover inside the residence as the incident continued.

Enos allegedly then threw additional rocks at two vehicles parked at the residence, causing broken windows and exterior damage.

Following the investigation, detectives from Hawaiʻi Police Department’s Area I Juvenile Aid Section arrested and charged Enos on Friday, Sept. 18, for the following offenses:

• First-degree terroristic threatening
• Three counts of second-degree criminal property damage
• First-degree criminal property damage

Enos’ bail was set at $30,000 and he will make his initial court appearance on Monday, Sept. 21.
