Phone Line Outage Affects Kealakehe Police Station

Hawai‘i Island police are notifying the public that the phone line for the Kealakehe Police Station, (808) 326-4646, is currently not functioning properly. While officers are able to make outgoing calls, incoming calls are not being received at this time.

Hawaiian Telcom has initiated a repair ticket and is scheduled to be on site Friday, March 13, 2026, to assess and address the issue.

In the meantime, individuals needing to contact personnel at the Kealakehe Police Station are asked to call the department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 so messages can be forwarded to the appropriate officer.

The Hawaiʻi Police Department thanks the public for its patience while this issue is being resolved.
