Police Request Public’s Assistance Locating Missing Oregon Man Mark Mironichenko

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance locating 27-year-old Mark Mironichenko who was reported missing on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026.
He was last seen in Kailua-Kona on Tuesday, August 22, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. wearing camouflage shorts, unknown colored shirt, and carrying a backpack.
Mironichenko is described 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with a shaved head and hazel eyes.
