(Update) Runaway Layton Ka-Ne Kala Located

Hawai‘i Island police report that 17-year-old Layton Ka-Ne of Ocean View, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located on Friday, September 4, 2026, in good health.

The Hawai‘i Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in this case.
