Police Renew Request for Information on Locating Runaway Kelii Nobriga

Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 16-year-old Kelii Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway.

Nobriga was last seen on 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo on December 21, 2025, wearing black and tan colored clothing.

He is described as Hawaiian / Filipino with a light complexion and thin build, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have any information on the whereabouts of Nobriga to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or Officer Corey Kaneko at (808) 961-8843 or corey.kaneko@hawaiipolice.gov.
