Police Report 911 Service Number is Non Operational

The Hawai‘i Police Department reports that the 911 Emergency Service Number is still not operational. However, text to 911 is operational. If using a cell Phone and the text to 911 does not work or if you are using a landline, Please call the non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311. There is no estimated time for restoration of 911 at this time. We will keep you updated once 911 is operational.

The Hawai‘i Police Department reports that the 911 Emergency Service Number is not working. If you need police, fire, or ambulance service, and have a call phone please call (808) 961-8336. If you have a landline, please call (808) 935-3311.
