Police Seeking Missing and Endangered Person Monica Iaukea

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 45-year-old Monica Iaukea, who was reported missing. She is considered endangered and may be in need of medical assistance.

Iaukea was last seen in the area of the 100 block of Wainaku Street in Hilo, mid-morning of Friday, Feb. 6, 2026. She is described as a local woman with a fair complexion, 5 feet and 5 inches tall, 170 pounds, medium build, long black hair and brown eyes.
