Police Seeking Missing and Endangered Puna Woman Diane “Wendy” Felkins

66-year-old Diane “Wendy” Felkins of Mountain View, who was reported missing

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 66-year-old Diane “Wendy” Felkins of Mountain View, who was reported missing. She is considered endangered due to her age and that she may be in need of medical assistance.

Felkins was last seen in the Hawaiian Acres subdivision near Road G in Mountain View on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. She was wearing a red dress.

Felkins is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 115 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Felkins’ whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Hawai‘i Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
