Police Seeking Hilo Runaway Brislee Bello

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Brislee K. Bello, who was reported as a runaway and is considered endangered due to her age.

She was last seen in the area of the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, around 8:20 p.m.  

Bello is described as Hawaiian/Portuguese with a tan complexion, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 150 pounds, with straight black hair often tied in a ponytail and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, or contact officer Keisan Tamura at Keisan.tamura@hawaiicounty.gov.
