HI-PAL Youth Boxing Showcase in Waimea

Hawai‘i Police Department invites the public to attend the Hawai‘i Island Police Activities League (HI-PAL) Youth Boxing Face Off event on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the Thelma Parker Gym in Waimea.

Bouts begin at 3:00 p.m. for this exciting, family-friendly event, which is free for the public. Concessions will be available on site.

HI-PAL is an HPD program in which police officers interact with youth in various activities and act as mentors. This positive connection with the youth helps encourage teamwork, citizenship, responsibility, and builds trust amongst the youth.
