Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Witness in South Kohala Assault Investigation

The Hawai‘i Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a man wanted for questioning as a witness in connection with an ongoing assault investigation that occurred on Friday, June 13, 2025, in the South Kohala district. 

An image of the unidentified individual was captured on a home security camera and shows the man at a residence in the area.

He is believed to be a ride share driver and is described as a male between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 180 and 200 pounds, with a mustache and goatee.
