Police Request Assistance Identifying Suspect Vehicle

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the operator of a vehicle related to an ongoing investigation that occurred on April 5, 2025, in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision in Pāhoa.

The images displayed were captured from video surveillance footage taken in the parking lot of a business in the area.

The suspect vehicle is described as a white, early 2000s two-door pickup truck, unknown make/model, with a utility box in the bed.

The operator of the white pickup truck is described as a Caucasian male, mid-40’s, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, with clean-cut short white hair and white facial hair, possibly unshaven.
